Using reels.chat

These terms apply when you use the reels.chat website, its research tools, or a connection to those tools through ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, another coding agent, or another MCP client. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the reels.chat privacy policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in the country where you live.

You are responsible for your account and for activity performed through clients you authorize. Keep your sign-in details secure and disconnect clients you no longer trust or use.

What the service provides

reels.chat searches and analyzes public short-form video and creator information to help you research hooks, formats, and performance patterns. Results may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or wrong. Public counters and posts can change or disappear after a result is produced.

Research results are information, not a promise of future performance or legal, financial, or professional advice. Check important facts and make your own publishing decisions.

Public content and ownership

Public posts, images, video, audio, names, and metrics remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to the source platform’s terms. reels.chat does not give you permission to copy, republish, impersonate, or commercially exploit someone else’s content. Researching a post is separate from obtaining permission to reuse it.

You retain your rights in material you submit. You give reels.chat permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use reels.chat to break the law, violate another person’s rights, access private information without permission, evade platform or service limits, interfere with the service, share access credentials, or build a competing dataset by extracting results in bulk. Do not use results to harass, deceive, or impersonate a creator.

You must follow the rules of TikTok, Instagram, and any other platform where you view, use, or publish content. reels.chat may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its providers, other people, or the public.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Prices, trial length, billing frequency, and included usage are shown before checkout. Unless the checkout says otherwise, a trial becomes a paid recurring subscription when it ends. Stripe processes payments. Taxes and currency conversion may apply.

You can cancel before the next renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period unless the service says otherwise. Except where the law requires it, payments already made are not refundable.

Availability and changes

reels.chat depends on third-party platforms and providers. The service, a tool, or a source may change, slow down, or become unavailable without notice. Features and reasonable usage limits may change as the product develops. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, reels.chat is provided as is and without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. reels.chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
